Case study
Magic Makers
Turning first-time visitors into repeat builders across the product suite
Growth across the product suite, from the first visit through the people who come back and build again.
The problem
Magic Makers is a product suite. A person can arrive, try one thing, and leave. The work is not only the first visit. It is the path back to building again.
Growth that starts after launch arrives too late. By then the product, the message, and the first session have already drifted apart.
What I do
I own growth strategy across the suite. Acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing sit around one goal: turning first-time users into repeat builders.
I work with product, design, and engineering so growth is in the roadmap. The question in those conversations is what would make someone come back, and what the product has to do for that to be true.
The first visit still matters. It only counts if the person has a clear reason to build again.
